Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative for our Chennai office. The ideal candidate must have experience in aluminium doors and windows sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage incoming enquiries, coordinate with clients, and support the field sales team for order closures.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound enquiries from builders, architects, contractors, and dealers.
Prepare quotations, product presentations, and technical clarifications.
Coordinate with the design and estimation team for BOQ preparation and pricing.
Follow up with customers on quotations, negotiations, and order status.
Maintain CRM records, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support the field sales team with documentation, proposals, and client coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly enquiry conversion targets and support revenue goals.
Required Skills Experience in aluminium doors & windows / UPVC / façade industry.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to understand BOQs, technical drawings, and project requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
Eligibility MBA is mandatory.
1–3 years of inside sales or pre-sales experience, preferably in aluminium systems or building materials.
Knowledge of Chennai real estate and builder network is an added advantage.
