We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Data Analyst to support data management, analysis, and reporting needs within Guidewire-based insurance platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Guidewire systems (e.g., PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter) and will work closely with stakeholders to derive actionable insights, enhance data processes, and support business objectives through detailed analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Data Extraction and Analysis : o Prepare and curate datasets for LLM-based applications, including RAG and chatbot systems. o Annotate fields, data structures, and documents to support semantic chunking and promptresponse generation o Create and maintain prompt-response pairs for training and evaluation purposes. o Extract, clean, and analyze data from Guidewire systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). o Perform data audits and validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

2. Data Management and Governance : o Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance data structures and pipelines for Guidewire data. o Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance policies. o Define and maintain taxonomies, ontologies, and synonym sets for insurance-specific concepts. o Collaborate with SMEs to translate domain-specific terminology into structured knowledge.

3. Data Extraction & Transformation o Extract and transform data from large systems using SQL (Snowflake preferred). o Clean, validate, and structure data for downstream LLM applications. o Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals.

4. Semantic Model Development o Contribute to the development of semantic models by defining metadata tagging strategies and embedding logic. o Support the design of knowledge retrieval pipelines and contextual information processing.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration : o Work with business users, product managers, and technical teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements. o Support project implementations and upgrades involving Guidewire modules.

6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization : o Identify trends, anomalies, and performance issues within Guidewire workflows. o Provide recommendations for optimizing business processes based on data insights.

Requirements Must Have :

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within insurance or financial services.

Hands-on experience with Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Preferred
