Key Deliverables :
- Achieve installation targets across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services.
- Acquire new accounts and drive cross-selling of multi-product lines to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel with maturity tracking for all Lines of Business.
- Track competition activities and plan strategic sales interventions.
- Ensure Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth.
Role Responsibilities :
Act as the single point of contact for clients across Data, Voice, and Broadband services.Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.Negotiate and close high-value contracts, aligning with revenue objectives.Ensure timely solution delivery aligned to customer needs.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential.Skills Required
