Associate Vice President (O&M)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the hydro and pump storage plants O&M to align with corporate strategy and maximize revenue from the assets..
• Optimize plant performance and energy output through predictive analytics and condition monitoring.
• Manage budgets for capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx).
• Develop long-term asset renewal and investment strategies.
• Present performance reports and investment plans to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory compliance of hydroelectric and Pump storage plants and infrastructure
• Liaise with local teams and other stakeholders for compliance and reporting
• Lead and Contribute to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, and industry partners.
