Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the commercial building segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, project leads, and tender prospects.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and building owners.Develop long-term partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Business Development & Lead Generation
Explore and secure new projects across commercial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors.Actively participate in business meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.Technical Support & Product Knowledge
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and internal teams.Offer expertise in product application, selection, and specification of pumps and related systems.Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with product development, marketing, and technical support teams to deliver integrated solutions.Assist in product positioning, demonstrations, and marketing initiatives.Negotiation & Sales Closure
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay current with industry trends.Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market feedback.Skills Required
