Service Now Professional

We're seeking a ServiceNow Professional with 6-10 years of overall experience in application development on the ServiceNow platform. You'll need an excellent understanding of ServiceNow Business Service Management Solutions, Platform, Administration, Customizations, and Scripting . This includes in-depth knowledge of workspace development, service portal, application development, and related customizations . Strong technical command of JavaScript and sound programming fundamentals with 4-5 years of hands-on coding, scripting, and debugging experience are essential.

Ideally, you'll also have ServiceNow System Administration, Performance Analytics, or similar certifications . An understanding of Data and Analytics, Key Performance Indicators, Metrics, and Dashboards, along with experience in creating reports, dashboards, alternate visualizations, validating data integrity, and troubleshooting issues, would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development : Design and build state-of-the-art applications and visualizations using the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
• Hands-on Development : Perform hands-on development of ServiceNow applications and components , partnering with business and analytics teams as required.
• Stakeholder Counseling : Counsel business stakeholders on the latest trends, best practices, alternative designs, and solutions that meet their business needs.
• Requirements Analysis : Work alongside Business Analysts to analyze requirements, determine scope, level of effort, and resource needs to meet business demand.
• Quality Assurance : Be accountable for ensuring deliverables to business stakeholders are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
