Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, defining product requirements and ensuring products meets customer needs

Identify emerging trends, understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (Brand, sales) and external partners to develop and test new product concepts and prototypes

Conduct Consumer Research & provide actionable insights for Marketing & Product Development Teams

Conduct consumer trials to understand feedback on product & work accordingly

Help with product testing in-house and through labs & ensure quality of the products time to time through quality checks.

Create a report on industry trends & innovations

What we look for

Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in science preferably material sciences

Experience of 0-1 years preferred

Passion to work in the wellness space

Experience with market research, consumer analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
