Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IB and Consulting team as an Intern. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about corporate finance and the fundraising process, and will allow you to gain hands-on experience in the investment banking domain. Key responsibilities include :

I. Research & Strategy :

• Map licensing, compliance, and tax frameworks across target geographies; create concise regulatory roadmaps and risk registers.
• Size markets, segment customers, benchmark competitors, and identify whitespace opportunities; translate findings into go-to-market (GTM) recommendations.
• Conduct audience research, develop value-proposition statements, and advise on naming, messaging hierarchy, and brand architecture.
