Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a
creative, detail-oriented, and research-driven Content Research and Development Intern
to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and refining engaging educational content for Annie while also contributing to research in pedagogy, accessibility, and user experience. The role blends
content creation, curriculum design, and operational coordination
with opportunities for innovation and creative storytelling.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to educational content design, accessibility-focused research, and the end-to-end content pipeline — while directly impacting how visually impaired children learn Braille.
What will you be doing?
Content Development & Design
Write and refine lesson scripts, stories, and games for Annie and TLRBD.
Collaborate on
gamified and interactive learning experiences
Design and refine lesson frameworks for diverse learner needs.
Research & Pedagogy
Conduct research on teaching pedagogy, curriculum design, and child psychology.
Explore innovative approaches to
braille literacy, accessibility, and AI in education
Gather and analyze user feedback to improve lesson quality and engagement.
Operational Support
Coordinate with language
and braille experts, voiceover artists, testers, and writers to ensure high-quality content.
Streamline content development and testing pipelines.
Document findings, organize research data, and present insights to the team.
What you'll need to bring to the table?
Background in
Education, Curriculum Design, Psychology, Research, or related fields
Coursework, certifications, or teaching / pedagogical research experience.
Curious, creative, and passionate about
education and accessibility
Strong
writing and storytelling skills
with attention to detail.
Good research capabilities with the ability to translate findings into actionable content.
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Bonus if you have :
Multilingual proficiency, teaching / education design experience, or exposure to game / interactive content development.
