Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program). Strong understanding of HVAC system components, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and ductwork. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC design in India. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Description
We are seeking a Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC systems for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Perform load calculations and select appropriate equipment based on project specifications.
- Prepare detailed design documentation including plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and support installation activities.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and adhere to sustainability practices in design.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and standards related to HVAC systems.
