Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer who is passionate about solving complex engineering challenges and developing first-of-its-kind products in India. The role requires hands-on expertise in 3D modeling, structural design, and system integration. The ideal candidate should bring fresh ideas, precision in execution, and the hunger to innovate in high-performance engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and assemblies.

Perform 3D modelling, structural analysis, and system design (hydraulics, electrical integration, and mechanical).

Ensure compliance with aviation, defense, and industrial standards.

Optimize designs for safety, manufacturability, cost, and performance.

Innovation & Projects

Contribute to R&D and New Product Development (NPD).

Work on first-time-in-India projects in aviation GSE and defense.

Support prototyping, testing, and validation phases.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to resolve design challenges.

Provide technical inputs to the business development and customer teams.

Engage with suppliers and partners for technical validation.

Key Requirements

Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred specialization : Design, Production, or Automotive).

Experience : 4–8 years in design of machinery, equipment, or specialized systems.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent 3D modelling software.

Strong knowledge of fabrication, hydraulics, and structural design.

Understanding of quality control and safety standards.
