About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Lead Engineer to spearhead mechanical design and development for cutting-edge RF-based defence products, including drone jammers, electronic warfare (EW) systems, and satellite payloads. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and precision documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design efforts for ruggedized RF enclosures, heat management systems, and vibration-resistant assemblies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RF, PCB, systems) to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components.
• Oversee and mentor a team of 3–4 junior engineers, guiding design reviews and iterative refinements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including BOMs, CAD drawings, test reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure designs meet MIL-STD requirements for shock, vibration, EMI shielding, and thermal performance.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation phases, including FEA and modal analysis.
