Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Proofpoint solutions (Email Protection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness).
• Work closely with clients to understand security requirements and design appropriate configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Proofpoint support for escalations.
• Maintain documentation and client handover materials.
• Participate in training programs and certifications to gain Proofpoint expertise.
