Job Title : Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant ACT Specialist
Experience Required :
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software, including ACTmodule.
- Proven experience in Configuration, Architecture and Interfaces.
- Prior experience leading end-to-end ACT implementations.
Certifications :
PT101, PT102, and ACT certifications (mandatory).Additional certifications like CT103, CT104, or Workforce Time Interfaces arepreferred.Key Responsibilities :
ACT Module Implementation :
Lead the Absence Compliance Tracker (ACT) phase from design to delivery.Gather and document ACT-specific functional requirements.Configure and customize ACT settings based on client needs.Lead and manage ACT testing and validation processes.Technical Leadership :
Guide the Workforce Software ACT technical team.Oversee system configuration, data mapping, and integration with HRIS, payroll,and ERP systems.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.Interface Development & Integration :
Design and develop interfaces using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.Ensure seamless data flow between ACT and external systems.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of interfaces.Client Engagement & Support :
Provide training and support to client teams.Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve ACT-related issues.Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, mappings, and issueresolutions.Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and internal governance policies.Preferred Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Familiarity with SAP Employee Central and its interfaces with WorkforceSoftware (WFS)
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and analytics.
