Payoneer - Product Manager - SaaS Platform

What Youll Do :

• Translate vision into impact Lead a team of developers and turn strategic direction into meaningful product initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned and empowered to deliver value.
• Collaborate with global teams Partner with product, engineering, UX, and business teams to align priorities and deliver solutions that support company goals.
• Think analytically Develop product hypotheses, analyze results, and use data to inform product decisions and optimizations.
• Champion the user Translate opportunities and needs into valuable products and features, grounded in a deep understanding of our customers.
• Communicate with clarity Share progress, priorities, and insights effectively across teams and you are :
• 24 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment (preferably Fintech).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience making data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product plans and releases.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration in cross-functional, multi-location teams.
• A quick learner and active listener who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic Payoneer Ways of Working :
