Primary Responsibility :

• Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Drive CASA, Retail Assets, Wealth Management, and Fee Income targets across the cluster.
• Develop strategies to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
• Ensure consistent delivery of sales productivity and profitability metrics.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and digital teams to support branch-led initiatives.
• Customer Experience & Service Excellence
• Champion customer-centric approach by ensuring superior service delivery.
• Monitor customer feedback and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to continuously improve service standards.
• Ensure branches maintain high-quality customer engagement and relationship management.
