About the Role

The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores within

Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat . This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the gems & jewellery retail business. The candidate will drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, implement brand standards, and manage store teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Sales Management

Achieve sales targets and profitability across all stores in the cluster.

Monitor KPIs such as revenue, footfall, conversion ratio, ASP (average selling price), inventory turnover, etc.

Plan and execute regional sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities.

2. Store Operations

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all stores.

Drive adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines, and compliance standards.

Monitor inventory management, stock movement, and shrinkage control.

3. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff across the cluster.

Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and build high-performing teams.

Promote a culture of customer centricity, accountability, and teamwork.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure exceptional customer experience in line with brand values.

Handle escalations and build long-term relationships with high-value clients.

Oversee implementation of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs.

5. Business Expansion & Strategy

Identify new business opportunities within the cluster.

Collaborate with senior management on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and expansion planning.

Drive innovation in retail practices to enhance customer engagement.

Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

8–10 years of proven experience in gems & jewellery / luxury retail, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of jewellery product categories (gold, diamond, platinum, solitaires, etc.) and retail operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Customer-focused with proven ability to build client relationships.

Willingness to travel within the cluster.
