We are looking for a Senior Marketing Lead who can drive bold, outcome-oriented B2B marketing strategies that directly fuel business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with founders to build and execute campaigns that generate real sales conversations — not just impressions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end marketing calendar and run high-impact B2B campaigns that deliver qualified sales opportunities.
- Conceptualize and execute breakthrough marketing initiatives that challenge conventional thinking.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and solutions teams to drive pipeline movement and revenue growth.
- Lead multi-channel execution across email, LinkedIn, events, and other relevant platforms with a clear focus on outcomes.
- Use AI tools and marketing platforms to create compelling, high-conversion marketing and sales assets.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team while staying hands-on in strategy and execution.
- Operate with a founder’s mindset — agile, resourceful, and results-driven.
- Make data-backed decisions and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Requirements
MBA with 5+ years of strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech-first environment.Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies that result in measurable business impact.Hands-on marketer who balances strategic thinking with tactical execution.Proficient in using modern marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI-based content solutions.Deep curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, especially in AI and Learning.Thrives in lean teams and fast-paced settings where experimentation and ownership matter.Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and impact over jargon.
