Job Summary :
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms — including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
You will lead the performance marketing roadmap for VeeFly, own the paid media budget, and work cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Product, and Sales teams to maximize ROI and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic , and other relevant platforms.
- Build and optimize campaigns for multiple objectives — awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations including ad setup, keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding, and optimization.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards .Continuously optimize for KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, conversion rates , and funnel efficiency.Design and implement A / B tests , creative experiments, and landing page optimizations to improve performance.Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting through analytics integrations and pixel management.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Brand, Product, and Growth teams to align campaigns with business goals and creative messaging.Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to deliver impactful ad creatives and landing experiences.Work closely with the Sales team to understand product offerings and design effective program pitches.Address challenges and concerns of the Sales team by providing actionable insights and campaign learnings.Innovation & Growth
Identify and scale new acquisition channels, ad formats, and growth hacks to maintain a competitive edge.Explore automation and AI-driven tools for better campaign management and decision-making.Develop and maintain structured playbooks and best practices for performance marketing excellence.Required Skills & Competencies
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and Programmatic advertising .Hands-on experience with marketing automation, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling .Advanced analytical skills with a strong grasp of data interpretation, dashboards, and ROI measurement .Solid understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies .Strong project management skills with the ability to handle large budgets and multi-channel campaigns .Proficiency in A / B testing, funnel optimization, and landing page experimentation .Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and results clearly.Qualifications
B.Tech / MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute .4–7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing , ideally within a high-growth startup, digital agency, or SaaS-based environment .Demonstrated success in scaling paid campaigns and achieving strong ROI across multiple platforms.
