Job descriptionGrow business with the help of distributors / SSM and merchandiser / promoters. Enrol large outlets for business and visit them as per Permanent Journey Planning to drive sell out and sell in Ensure share of shelf is maintained and at category level. Ensure right merchandising tools are implemented Monthly market intelligence report on category landscape. Ensure complete supervision on scheme delivery to General Trade customers. Market expiry and damage control with the help of NOPM Prior experience of working for FMCG brand is a must. Minimum Years of Experience - 10 Years Qualification - Master's in business administration Strong analytical ability to read and act upon data for decision making. About this Position
Seeking an experienced FMCG professional to drive consumer business growth through distributor and field force management, execution of GTM strategies, and effective merchandising. The role involves overseeing sales and distribution, enrolling key outlets, maintaining category share, and providing market intelligence
What you´ll do
Strategic Responsibilities :
- Appoint distributors and field force for Consumer Business.
Complete S&D responsibility as per GTM defined channel and markets
Financial Responsibilities :
Ensure billing to key accounts as per agreed margins
Ensure monthly remittance plan is closed with distributor for business.
Monthly claim submission on time and cleared
Quarterly NDC submission from distributors
