Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing a dynamic schedule, global communications, and business priorities. This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for someone detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working in a high-growth, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare briefings, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups for meetings
- Track action items from meetings and assist with creating documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain the CEO's inbox, draft emails, and follow up with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
- Assist in event organization, board meetings, and company functions.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and documentation for easy retrieval.
What We're Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple moving parts.Tech-savvy : confident using Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and similar tools.Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.Ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise.Skills Required
