Job descriptionDrive new client acquisition in Banking, Insurance, NBFC & Fintech sectors. Build and manage client relationships with CHROs, Talent Heads, and HR managers. Pitch recruitment services for roles in sales, operations, compliance, risk, finance, technology, and leadership. Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service-level agreements. Ensure timely delivery of mandates in coordination with recruitment teams. Keep track of regulatory changes, fintech trends, and BFSI hiring demands. Meet and exceed defined sales & revenue targets. Strong understanding of BFSI sector and its hiring needs. Existing corporate network within banks / financial institutions. Proven track record in recruitment / staffing sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills. Graduate / MBA (Finance, Marketing, or HR preferred). 4–8 years in BFSI recruitment or staffing business development.
