Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Relationship Officers . In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting Clickastro products / services, and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Clickastro products / services.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally via phone and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.
