Job Description

Festivals From India is hiring a Partner Success Lead for their client ASIGN in Chennai. The ideal candidate will own the full life-cycle of Asign’s channel-partner ecosystem—from recruiting and onboarding new APN partners to driving their engagement, performance, and retention. To be the face of the program, translating Asign’s art-tech offering into clear value for interior designers, advisors, brokers, and other tastemakers across India and the Gulf.

Please note :

  • The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
  • The Art X Company is hiring for this role on behalf of ASIGN.
  • This is an on-site, full-time position based in Chennai
  • Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in channel / partner success, affiliate management, or B2B business-development roles.
  • Proven track record of hitting recruitment and revenue targets through external partner networks.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication; able to simplify a technical or premium product for nonexperts.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and basic dataanalysis skills (Excel / Sheets).
  • Strong process mindset—comfortable building onboarding journeys, playbooks, and scalable enablement content.
  • High EQ : adept at coaching, resolving conflicts, and keeping partners motivated.
  • Willingness to travel for partner events, showcases, and trade fairs (20–30 % of time)
  • Requirements

    Essential Qualifications : Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development High proficiency with SQL and database management Proven analytical abilities Experience in generating process documentation and reports Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal Competency using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, Trello etc., and with digital advertising platforms, social media marketing tools and mass mailing software is ideal Essential Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven ability to manage projects and user testing Extensive experience with data visualisation High proficiency in technical writing Key Personal Attributes & Skills : Experience in business development and in developing partnerships Knowledge and understanding of the Indian Art Market and its various stakeholders Ability to communicate clearly and coherently over both phone and email and therefore connect with a wide range of potential clients An organised and diligent approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Strong attention to detail and good observation skills Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team Ability to produce clear, coherent creative briefs and project reports A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities
