Principal Analytics Consultant

Job descriptionDoSupport t he full lifecy cle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportuniti es.Condu ct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modell ing to inform product and marketing strategi es.Build and optimi se automated data pipeli nes (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insigh ts.Develop and prese nt interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentati ons to communicate findings to stakeholde rs.Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights in to scalable, productised soluti ons that align with our platform visi on.Collaborate with regional analytics teams, shari ng best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL query ing to ensure consistent quality and innovati on.Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge shari eria5+ years’ experi ence in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datas ets.Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregati on s), Py thon (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation too ls (Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros, Power Q ue ry).Strong background in healthcare analy tics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KO M ODO.Experience w ith predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecas t ing.Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentat i ons.Degree in a quantitative discipline (e. g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Econo mi cs).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendati tion?Im pact : Work on projects that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes glob ally.Gr owth : Be part of a rapidly scaling company with career advancement opportuni ties.Cul ture : Join a collaborative, mission-driven team passionate about healthcare and data.Lear ning : Access professional development, mentorship, and exposure to advanced analytics technolo
