🌐 About the Role :
As a Sr. Managed Services Engineer (L3) , you will proactively manage and troubleshoot enterprise AWS environments using a broad suite of services—ensuring availability, security, and performance 24 / 7.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities :
- L3 support for AWS workloads in production
- Monitor and manage AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2, RDS, VPC, EKS, Route53, IAM, S3, etc.)
- Drive incident detection, resolution, and escalation
- Conduct regular system checks, patching, and upgrades
- Maintain service compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and security standards
- Mentor junior engineers and support L1 / L2 escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams and AWS support
