🌐 About the Role :

As a Sr. Managed Services Engineer (L3) , you will proactively manage and troubleshoot enterprise AWS environments using a broad suite of services—ensuring availability, security, and performance 24 / 7.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :

L3 support for AWS workloads in production
Monitor and manage AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2, RDS, VPC, EKS, Route53, IAM, S3, etc.)
Drive incident detection, resolution, and escalation
Conduct regular system checks, patching, and upgrades
Maintain service compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and security standards
Mentor junior engineers and support L1 / L2 escalations
Coordinate with internal teams and AWS support

✅ Who You Are :

8+ years of IT experience with strong AWS knowledge

Hands-on experience with :

EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM, etc.

Skilled in automation, proactive monitoring, and incident handling

Strong communicator and team collaborator

Willing to work in a 24x7 rotational shift

AWS Certification preferred (Solutions Architect, SysOps Admin, etc.)
