Position - Business Development Executive
Exp - 1-3 yrs
Location - Mumbai
Notice Period - Immediate joiner- 30 days
Working Days & Time : 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday and 10 AM - 5 PM any 2 Saturdays

Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to identify business opportunities and generate interest in our products / services.
- Engage in cold calling activities to initiate conversations, introduce our company's offerings, and establish rapport with potential clients.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline to determine their suitability for our products / services.
- Communicate our value proposition and key benefits to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can address their specific business challenges.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely responses to inquiries and requests for information.
- Nurture client relationships through regular phone interactions, providing relevant updates, addressing queries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align calling efforts with overall business development strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activities, lead interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation through effective calling and lead management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies to enhance business development efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products / services.
