We are looking for an IT Transaction Services Senior Manager to join our team. Transactional Services team performs due diligence for buyers and sellers to help identify areas that affect deal negotiations. Such services include assessment of recurring earnings and quality of earnings, analysis of key revenue and cost drivers, critique of balance sheet exposures, input on closing deal structure, and assessment of operating working capital needs.

Responsibilities :
- Manage engagement with clients including routinely working directly with c-suite executives to perform financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
- Work alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&A activities
- Responsible for all aspects of deal execution including sourcing and managing client relationships, analysis and execution of client deliverables and coaching and managing other team members
- Coordinate services as needed with other practice areas of the firm
- Build relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities.
- Provide both leadership and supervision to members of the team, mentor employees and provide training and support to employees across the function
- Ensure timely completion of goals and objectives for reporting employees, performance management and career planning and help guide employee development
- Participate in organizational initiatives and help promote operational efficiencies, build a strong culture of employee ownership and transparency
Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant (ACA); Master s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of related experienceProven experience leading transaction advisory services teams at a large national professional services firm preferredMust have the ability to analyze complex business and transaction situationsStrong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client servicesProven experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously and learning new business quicklyStrong project management and organization skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong presentation skills and stakeholder engagementExcellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skillsAbility to travel as neededSkills Required
