Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Define the roadmap for all value-added services aligned with learner needs and business goals.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify new service opportunities.
- Product & Service Development
- Design, develop, and roll out VAS offerings such as career services, mentorship, certifications, skill enhancement modules, workshops, and industry interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-create offerings where necessary.
- Operations & Delivery
- Set up and manage end-to-end delivery processes for VAS - from onboarding to service fulfillment.
- Ensure service SLAs are met and learner experience is top-notch.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with academic, tech, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure VAS alignment and adoption.
- Manage partnerships with third-party service providers, mentors, or content creators.
- Performance & Analytics
- Track utilization, satisfaction, and impact of VAS on learner outcomes.
- Generate insights and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Team Management
- Build and lead a cross-functional team responsible for different service lines.
- Drive performance, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team.
Job Requirement
Key Requirements
8-12 years of experience in EdTech, consumer internet, education services, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of learner needs, especially in higher education, skilling, or professional upskilling spaces.Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and scaling new service lines.Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and execution skills.Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on outcomes and impact.Prior experience working in a cross-functional setup is a must.MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.Skills Required
