About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Banking Regional Manager to lead our Home Loan business vertical across multiple projects of Roswalt. The ideal candidate will have strong team handling experience, deep knowledge of the home loan ecosystem, and proven expertise in driving disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Field Sales Officers (FSOs) who will directly report to you.
- Business Growth : Drive Home Loan business targets across multiple projects by strategizing and executing effective sales plans.
- Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, RBI guidelines , and all internal compliance frameworks.
- Customer Experience : Handle escalated customer queries with professionalism to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction .
- Market Intelligence : Track real estate and financial market trends, competitor offerings, and provide strategic feedback to senior management.
- Cross-Selling : Promote cross-selling of related products such as insurance, balance transfers, and top-up loans to enhance overall portfolio growth.
- Training & Development : Provide regular training, motivation, and performance reviews for the FSO team to ensure consistent productivity.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Home Loan sector , with at least 5 years in a team leadership role .Strong track record of achieving disbursement targets in a competitive market.Excellent understanding of home loan processes, credit policies, and banking compliance norms .Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Presentable personality with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Skills Required
