Position : Learning & Development Team Leader & Facilitator

• Responsible for behavioral & leadership training up to middle management, with added program and administrative support.
• Brings 12–14 years experience (8–10 as trainer) in soft skills, leadership development, TNA, and impact assessment.
• Skilled in leadership, communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management , with strong English, MS Office / G-Suite expertise, and flexibility for evening shifts & travel.
• Comfortable with 24
• 7 working environment and rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
