Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Hostess at Nincasa. The Hostess will greet and welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities also include guiding guests to their tables, maintaining an organized seating process, and coordinating with the service team to meet guest needs promptly. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively representing Nincasa's vibrant and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming and friendly experience for guests
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and following proper Phone Etiquette to assist with guest inquiries and bookings
• Effective Communication skills to interact with guests and coordinate with team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and maintain professionalism
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
