Role Overview
We are hiring a Head — Sponsorship & Partnerships to build and scale AGX's national commercial strategy. You'll own high-value partnerships, shape sponsor integration across all AGX experiences, and lead a growing partnerships team across regions.
This is a strategic, high-ownership, relationship-driven role for someone who understands premium positioning and enterprise-level negotiations.
What You Will Lead
- Architect AGX's national sponsorship strategy for summits, retreats & private programs
- Own end-to-end revenue (pipeline → pitch → closure → fulfilment)
- Create premium sponsor offerings and bespoke activation formats
- Build and lead the national partnerships team
- Drive enterprise-level conversations with CXOs, developers, hospitality groups & design leaders
- Work cross-functionally with content, curation, production & marketing
- Ensure partner expectations are exceeded at every touch point
