Role Description

Sales (Showroom) :

Greet and assist customers with product selection.
Achieve daily / weekly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks appealing.
Handle billing and basic inventory management.

Marketing (Offline & Online) :

Promote products on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook).

Support in creating marketing content and campaigns.

Distribute promotional materials and engage in local marketing activities.

Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers.

General :

Keep records of sales and customer preferences.

Provide feedback on customer demand and new fashion trends.

Work closely with the team to grow Herskart's brand reach.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience in sales / retail / fashion marketing is an advantage

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, billing software)

Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)

Good communication & customer service skills

Passion for fashion and styling

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
