Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sales job involves generating leads, managing the sales cycle for PEB structures, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities
Sales and business development : Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
Client management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, and provide excellent customer service.
Technical and commercial sales : Present PEB products and solutions, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Market and competitor analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and analyze competitor activities.
Sales performance : Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
Internal coordination : Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, and fabrication to ensure successful project execution.
Financial management : Manage credit risk and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven sales experience, ideally in the PEB or construction materials industry.
Strong knowledge of PEB components and the construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into sales solutions.
Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
Results-driven approach with a willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
A degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field is often preferred.
