About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Customer Support Executives with prior experience in international voice processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Resolve queries effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Communicate fluently and professionally with global clients.
Meet performance benchmarks in quality and productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth support delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in an international voice process.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written).
Strong interpersonal skills with customer-centric attitude.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 15 days’ notice period preferred.
Salary Range
₹5.0 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA (based on experience and communication skills)
