Monday to Friday : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM
Saturday : 9 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Half Day)
Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate job descriptions, role specifications, KPIs, and ensure role parity in the organization structure.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define requirements, secure approvals, and drive effective recruitment processes.
Manage recruitment channels, costs, and strategies for IT and non-IT roles; provide market insights and recommend solutions for talent challenges.
Maintain and share recruitment dashboards and daily / weekly / monthly reports on hiring status and process performance.
Handle employee notice periods, plan replacement hiring, and build proactive talent pipelines for high attrition roles.
Coordinate campus hiring strategies and year-round engagement; liaise with recruitment consultants and agencies.
Oversee HR operational trackers including mediclaim, attendance, and leave records for payroll; support overall HR operations and onboarding experience.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage ad hoc HR projects as required.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years recruiting experience or 5+ years in HR; IT and non-IT talent hiring (50 : 50) exposure preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
MBA in HR or related field preferred; start-up experience is a plus.
Passion for problem solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
