Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Recruiter
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to attract and hire top talent aligned with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and market insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or with a recruitment agency).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
