Key Deliverables :

Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering and AI / ML team.
Drive scalable data pipeline and automation solution development.
Execute data intelligence strategies aligned with business goals.
Leverage Databricks and orchestration tools for ML workflows.

Role Responsibilities :

Translate business needs into actionable technical initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery alignment.

Promote innovation through tool and process improvements.

Ensure timely execution and quality of engineering deliverables.
