Job descriptionReviews audit findings - Safety / Hygiene and TPAM (Taj Positive Assurance Model) and takes corrective measures to ensure full compliance. Prepares the internal audit checklists as per the IHCL Safety Guidelines. Adheres to all departmental legal compliances.
Job Responsibilities
- Drives Revenue through the selling and up selling of reservations, room types and additional items.
- Provides qualitative customer service on every call.
- Answers customer inquiries, providing professional assistance to potential and existing guests on every call.
- Prepares daily reports like Business on Books, cancellation and creation report, VIP Arrival.
- Upsells products and accomodations whenever possible.
- Prepares accurate input of all data required to complete transaction.
- Ensures prompt & accurate reverts for all room related queries.
