Exp. - Freshers - 6 months experience in HR Recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels(Job Portals, linkedin etc)
• Conduct interviews , Background screening , and orientation
• Shortlisted the Candidates.
• Build a candidate relationships.
• Follow up with candidate and company.
• joining with company.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified to meet company demands.
