As a React UI Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation journey. You will work with a team of talented front-end developers to deliver robust and intuitive user interfaces that enhance our clients' digital banking experience. Your expertise in React.js and front-end development will be crucial in shaping our applications' architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and :

• Lead a team of front-end developers in designing and implementing user interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in digital banking solutions.
