About the Role :

Pinaca Technologies is looking for an experienced and proactive L3 IT Administrator to join our IT & Cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in infrastructure management, advanced troubleshooting, cybersecurity integration, and automation.

As part of the IT team, you will ensure high system uptime, secure enterprise environments, and provide final-level (L3) support for business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain servers, storage, and virtualization environments.
• Configure and secure enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, SD-WAN).
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and internal policies.
• Perform root cause analysis and mentor L1 / L2 engineers.

Requirements :

Preferred Certifications :

CCNP / MCSE / RHCE / VMware VCP / Security+ / CISSP
