Senior Editor - Business / Startups / Features

We're looking for a hands-on Editor who thrives in a startup. You should move fast, think clearly, and own stories end-to-end. You will ensure editorial quality and create stories through research, writing, and interviews with decision-makers.

What You'll Do

• Manage the editorial pipeline from idea to publication.
• Research trends, leadership moves, and company developments to develop original stories.
• Interview founders, CXOs, and other leaders for quote-backed narratives.
• Edit content from internal and external contributors for clarity and flow.
• Shape stories of all lengths with solid structure and pace.
• Work with design and social teams to adapt content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and more.
• Partner with the founding team to shape our editorial voice and brand.

Qualifications

This is a part-time role to start. It is flexible enough to work alongside other engagements. There is potential to move to full-time if it's a mutual fit. We're looking for someone who wants to help grow a startup into a media house.
