Key Responsibilities :
- School Calling / RT Processing / Notice Dispatching / Sales Calling :
- Handle school calling and manage the processing of RT (Returns and Adjustments).
- Dispatch notices and ensure proper follow-up with relevant parties.
- Conduct sales calls to potential clients or customers, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Provide assistance in resolving queries, adjusting returns, and processing orders promptly.
- Orders Processing & Returns Adjustment :
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns and adjustments, ensuring that customer requests are processed in a timely manner.
- Mathematics and Excel Knowledge :
- Use mathematical concepts to adjust returns and process orders accurately.
- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and updating records.
- Communication & Time Management :
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills for both phone and email correspondence.
- Manage time efficiently to balance between multiple tasks, especially during peak seasons.
- Problem Solving :
- Have a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, ensuring smooth and efficient task management.
- Approach challenges with optimism and enthusiasm, delivering quality work under pressure.
- General Support :
- Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
