Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer (Patient) Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the customer journey, ensuring that patients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. Daily tasks will include analyzing customer feedback, communicating with various departments, managing customer service teams, and implementing projects aimed at enhancing the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Analytical Skills and Project Management capabilities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Experience management
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
