Client Relations Lead

Currently we are hiring Service Relationship Manager for leading Banking industry.

Role : Service Relationship Manager

Department : Wealth Management

Location : Mumbai

Job role :

1. Provide client service support in :

• Accepting and placing transaction orders upon RM and / or client request
• Ensure smooth processing of Accounts with healthy first pass scores and ensure clarity in documentation, with adequate record of updates and process flow.
• Responding to client inquiries on documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities transfers, security information, general product and / or service information Research and initiate corrections in transaction and / or account errors.
• Liaison with Operations / Product teams, group service providers and dealers.
• Create MIS reports of the client portfolio.
• Servicing of Banking customers in terms of cheque referrals, statement requirements, Re-KYC, Risk Profiling.
• Ensure compliance and processes are adhered to in all internal and external communications.
• Handling of NRI clients.
• Handling of Trade and Forex Transactions.
