Process360 - Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant - Apex / Visual Force

Process360 is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who is technically strong, passionate about innovation, and has a proven track record of successful project delivery.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce-based solutions, including product development, solution accelerators, and industry-specific implementations.

This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects across diverse industries while contributing to Process360s product and solutions roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices for scalability, performance, and system limits.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, business analysts, and client technical teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Define and document detailed technical specifications and design artifacts.
• Configure and deploy standard / custom reports, dashboards, and snapshots.
• Develop and test solutions, ensuring quality and performance standards.
• Manage end-to-end deployment from development to production.
• Lead and mentor junior developers and support team members in module / function development.
• Coordinate with client IT teams for integrations, testing, and go-live activities.
• Support pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, effort estimation, and demo configurations.
• Contribute to the design and development of pre-built accelerators and reusable components.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops.
