Job Summary
The Administrative Executive will be responsible for handling the administrative operations of the office, coordinating with different departments, managing documentation, procurement, and ensuring efficient support to management and employees. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and logistics.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for documentation, onboarding, and compliance activities.
- Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts.
- Maintain and organize records, reports, and company documentation (both digital and physical).
- Support senior management in calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Assist in planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare MIS reports, administrative budgets, and expense tracking.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.2–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (preferably in IT or cybersecurity sector).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT tools.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing business needs.
